Adecco Recruitment is looking for a Senior FP&A to join a medical technology company.
As a Senior FP&A, you will oversee core FP&A functions, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, while driving accuracy, efficiency, and profitability. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, leverage advanced tools like Power BI and Hyperion, and provide insightful analyses to influence strategic business outcomes.
Key Responsabilities:
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead budgeting processes, consolidate data, and analyze key variances (Revenue, Gross Margin, OPEX, EBITDA).
- Financial Reporting: Deliver timely and accurate financial reports, including P&L, cash flow, and key business metrics.
- Performance Analysis: Challenge markets/operations to improve forecast predictability and drive profitable growth through pricing, volume, and mix analysis.
- Tools & Technology: Enhance reporting efficiency using tools like Power BI and Alteryx, focusing on data transformation and actionable insights.
- Mentorship: Coach and mentor the FP&A team to elevate performance and streamline processes.
Qualifications Required:
- Experience: 5–10 years in FP&A roles, with exposure to forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
- Education: Degree in Accounting or Business.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial reporting tools (Hyperion/EPM, Power BI); and strong capability in leveraging technology for trend analysis and performance optimization.
- Language: Fluency in English is mandatory.
