Adecco Recruitment is looking for a Learning & Development Specialist (M/F) to join a company in the food industry.

Location: Vialonga

Your Mission: Supporting Strategic Plan and People Plan agenda by deploy learning and development activities that drive growth of people, teams and organization. Assist in creating the right development opportunities that leads to a high performing organization.

Your Responsabilities:

  • Manage Learning Academies end to end: identify capability status and existing gaps, assess training and development needs;
  • Deploy and measure the effectiveness of learning activities, follow up and report of key indicators;
  • Understand the business context and how it contributes to the company’s performance;
  • Design and create engaging and effective content, using the 70-20-10 framework, including digital learning, as part of our overall L&D offering;
  • Build relationships of trust and creating communication channels with and between different functions;
  • Work with external training providers and internal SMEs to develop learning and development programmes and modules that support business needs;
  • Deliver programme content/sessions as and when required;
  • Act as an internal consultant to provide best L&D practices and guidance: helps to manage stakeholders and employees’ expectations on training delivery and needs;
  • Support line managers and employees in the execution of the Performance Management process;
  • Give inputs about policies, procedures and processes continuous improvement.

Your Profile:

  • Master or Major in Human Resources, Management or Psychology (social sciences);
  • Minimum 3/4 years’ experience in a learning and development role, preferably in the industry or FMCG sector;
  • Previous experience in working with LMS (Learning Management Systems), namely Success Factors and/or Crossknowledge;
  • Knowing the foundations of styles and techniques of learning and the impact on development activities (70-20-10 approach);
  • Self-starter with ability to think outside the box;
  • Collaborative approach, with demonstrated capacity to co-design learning content with others, and to work with others to achieve team success;
  • English B2 and native Portuguese;
  • Knowledge of SAP is a plus.
  • Good Level of MS Office Excel and PWP.
