Senior Financial Analyst

Adecco Recruitment is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to join a medical technology company.

The Senior Financial Analyst is responsible for analysing financial data and creating financial models to support decision-making processes for P&R International. This role involves evaluating financial performance, forecasting future financial performance, preparing reports, and providing insights and recommendations to management for the specified business unit.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Analysis: Conduct detailed financial analysis and prepare financial reports to support business decisions;
• Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop, analyse, and review budgets and forecasts;
• Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Model Development: Create financial models to support valuation, planning, and forecasting;
• Market Analysis: Analyse market trends and competitor performance.
• Strategic Planning: Assist in the development of strategic plans and long-term financial projections;
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field;
• More than 5 years of experience in financial field;
• CPA, or similar certification is a plus;
• Familiarity within Production sites, Operations and Supply Chain, ideally within the MedTech industry;
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, financial modelling, and accounting software;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French.
