Adecco Recruitment is looking for a skilled SAP Retail S/4 HANA P2P Consultant to join our client’s team, a leading player in the industry. If you have a passion for optimizing procurement processes and a proven track record in SAP Retail, this opportunity is for you!

Position Overview:

As a SAP Retail S/4 HANA P2P Consultant, you will leverage your expertise to implement, optimize, and support SAP solutions. Your focus will be on enhancing the Procure-to-Pay processes, ensuring efficiency and alignment with the client’s procurement and Accounts Payable operations.

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to collect and document business needs, translating them into functional SAP specifications.

🔹 Implementation & Configuration: Participate in the implementation and configuration of SAP RETAIL S/4HANA for P2P, ensuring alignment with retail processes.

🔹 Testing & Validation: Develop test cases and conduct system testing for seamless integration with other SAP modules.

🔹 Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with finance, logistics, and IT teams to ensure cohesive project delivery.

🔹 Stay Updated: Keep abreast of SAP best practices, updates, and innovations within the retail industry.

Qualifications:

✅ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field.

✅ Proven experience as a SAP Retail P2P Consultant.

✅ Strong understanding of procurement processes, sourcing strategies, and vendor management.

✅ Experience with SAP Fiori, SAP Ariba, SAP eWM, and SAP VIM is a plus.

✅ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

✅ Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.

✅ SAP certification in S/4HANA or related areas is a plus.
