Operational Buyer (M/F) – German Market

Adecco Recruitment is developing a recruitment process for an Operational Buyer (M/F) – German Market, for a reference Client in the developing and manufacturing carbon-based materials and products.

To support Transactional Procurement Tasks, your main responsabilities will be:

– Process purchase orders and follow up on the execution;

– Monitor deliveries and any past due shipments;

– Manage the day to day contact with internal and external interfaces;

– Follow up on issues and complaints;

– Establish collaborative and sustainable relationships with key stakeholders and suppliers;

– Ensuring compliance with all processes and procedures;

– Update Master Data in SAP system.

Your Profile:

– Fluent in foreign languages, English and German is mandatory;

– Recognized qualification at university degree level is a plus;

– Two or three years of experience in a similar position within Purchasing is a plus;

– SAP knowledge is a plus;

– Sharp internal customer focus;

– Computer proficiency;

– Extreme organization and efficiency in workload planning;

– Availability to travel.
