HR Communications Specialist (M/F)

Adecco Recruitment is recruiting for a leading multinational group in its sector and in growing expansion, that is currently looking for a HR Communications Specialist (M/F) to join its team located in Trofa.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for internal and corporate HR communication (changes in structure, admission of new employees, regulatory changes, etc.);
• Liaising with the marketing department on external communications, taking part in HR events, Christmas dinners, job fairs and social responsibility events.
• Creating and standardising the design/layout of HR documents;
• Responsible for the training area, from surveying training needs, registering and organising classes, mediating training with external partners.

Requirements:

• Marketing or Human Resources Management degree;
• Approximately 1/2 years' professional experience in a similar role;
• Creativity, thinking outside the box and dynamism;
• Interest in Human Resources area;
• Knowledge in adobe tools;
• English professional level (mandatory).
